This Wait List agreement places your name on a Priority Wait List for an apartment in the building(s) of your choice. This Wait List deposit is fully refundable until you complete and we approve your Rental Application. The waitlist deposit will be refunded in the event that your application is not approved. Upon approval of your application, the Wait List deposit shall be credited against the security deposit. Wait List deposits do not accrue interest regardless of the length of time that the deposit is held. Wait List deposit refund requests must be submitted to us in writing.
